Sessions are performed on a padded mat on the floor, giving practitioners better leverage in deep muscle stretching and joint release. You’ll remain dressed in loose, comfortable clothing as the practitioner uses their hands, knuckles, elbows, and feet to access acupressure points and employ a series of movements that stretch the entire body using an ayurvedic perspective.

VulgarYogi® HIIT

VulgarYogi® HIIT – a punch to the gut (your belly guy)! Drink too much last night? Eat one too many donuts, want to get at peak performance in your sport? Got a photoshoot coming up?  High-intensity interval training, also called high-intensity intermittent exercise or sprint interval training, is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods, until you get too exhausted to continue. You WILL get your heart rate up and  I WILL NOT let you half-ass it. This class is the fastest way to cut fat, burn calories, and detox. If done correctly, HIIT will keep you burning calories throughout the night over a single workout, that’s what separates it from any other workout you’ve ever done.

VulgarYogi® Yoga

Vulgar Yogi is trained to teach Yin Yoga, Vinyasa, Bikram, Hatha, Restorative, and self-Thai Body Work techniques.

Bikram Yoga is practiced in a heated room comprised of 26 hatha yoga postures practiced in systematic sequence for 60, 75, 90 minutes, which will work every part of the body, to give all the internal organs, all the veins, all the ligaments, and all the muscles everything they need to maintain optimum health and maximum function. The aim of the practice is to gain focus and discipline, while detoxifying the body and gaining balance, strength, flexibility, and a healthier life.

VulgarYogi® Booty Sculpt
