Vulgar Yogi is trained to teach Yin Yoga, Vinyasa, Bikram, Hatha, Restorative, and self-Thai Body Work techniques.
Bikram Yoga is practiced in a heated room comprised of 26 hatha yoga postures practiced in systematic sequence for 60, 75, 90 minutes, which will work every part of the body, to give all the internal organs, all the veins, all the ligaments, and all the muscles everything they need to maintain optimum health and maximum function. The aim of the practice is to gain focus and discipline, while detoxifying the body and gaining balance, strength, flexibility, and a healthier life.
