High-intensity interval training (HIIT), also called high-intensity intermittent exercise or sprint interval training, is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods, until you get too exhausted to continue. You WILL get your heart rate up and  I WILL NOT let you half-ass it. This class is the fastest way to cut fat, burn calories, and detox. If done correctly, HIIT will keep you burning calories throughout the night over a single workout, that’s what separates it from any other workout you’ve ever done.



Hiit Shit is offered every Friday from 12:00pm to 1:00pm EST virtually on zoom! Subscribe for monthly or yearly sessions and you’ll automatically be emailed a link to join.
